To Participate In Our
31st ANNUAL RAMSEUR FALL FESTIVAL – “A Day On Main Street”
October 19th, 2019

COST:  $40.00 per 10-foot space
Civic/Church Groups/Non-Profit are $25.00 per 10-foot space
Electricity is an additional $50.00

Participants are asked to report their own NC Sales Tax. You will also need to provide tables, chairs, and
extension cords to electrical supply if needed. Plan your exhibit not to exceed the space allocated. All
spaces will be reserved for participants despite weather conditions. Because of the preparation required, there will be NO RAIN DATE. This is a RAIN or SHINE event. The fee is NON-REFUNDABLE, and
payable at the time your application is submitted. Each participant is responsible for placing their trash
in bags and arranging it alongside the curb for pickup. Please DO NOT place trash by the cans in the
middle of the street, as they will be moved to the curb at 5:00pm.

THIS IS A FAMILY FESTIVAL! All applications are subject to the Festival Committee’s approval and we
reserve the right to expel vendors who bring items that are not approved beforehand. Any unwholesome items are not allowed, SILLY STRING and like items are banned for the festival. Please list your items in detail.

FOOD BOOTHS: All food booths are subject to the Festival Committee’s approval. Food preparations
must follow the guidelines set by the Randolph County Health Department. Open fires and gas grills also
must meet city codes and are subject to city inspection.

ELECTRICITY: If you need electricity, please not that in the place provided on the application form. The Town of Ramseur will provide electricity for a fee of $50.00. This is payable when the application is sent in. The fee applies to everyone needing electricity; there are no exceptions to this fee. NO GENERATORS are allowed in the festival. CIVIC/CHURCH GROUPS/NON-PROFITS: You will need a letter for approval from your President, Pastor,
Chairmen of Deacons, etc. to be representing the organization. In the past we have had groups to come
in under this category and did not have the organization approval.

BOOTHS: Each booth must be manned and set up by 8:45am and CANNOT BE DISMANTLED UNTIL
5:00pm. Booths that break down before 5:00pm will not be invited to return next year. All participants
must keep their booths open from 9:00am until 5:00pm. ALL VEHICLES MUST BE OFF THE STREET BY
8:45AM AND CANNOT BE BROUGHT BACK ONTO THE STREET UNITL AFTER 5:00PM! For pedestrian
safety, the Police Department will enforce this rule!

SPACE ASSIGNMENTS WILL BEGIN OCTOBER 1: Please return your fee and application as soon as
possible. Applications received after October 1 will be subject to availability, with NO EXCEPTIONS.
Please make checks payable to the Town of Ramseur. Confirmation letters with space number and
instructions will be mailed after October 1.
